I LIVE...

... in a big old Victorian terraced house... which means BIG walls and HIGH ceilings .....YES lots of room to hang quilts x and, lots of nooks and crannies and alcoves and sticky out bits ... nightmare when decorating! I have been eyeing up a long narrow space in my bedroom and thinking.... "I really must make SOMETHING to go in that space"

WELL, yesterday I received a wonderfully squishy parcel from Melbourne... Australia. It is my table runner from Anna xx

AS SOON as I saw it I KNEW where it was going to be used ... NOT on the table it was originally destined for ... BUT... (I bet you guessed the next bit!!)... on the wall in my bed room..

It FITS perfectly...

and the colours are just right. Anna got it Soooo right .. and she did not even know xx

I am Soooo addicted to swaps ... you get such wonderful surprise packages x

Keep smiling

Diane xx

I really like that Diane and it does look terrific on your wall.

We had a lovely quilt exhibition run my the group I belong to, Red Berry Quilters, over the weekend. I'll send a link soon when I get them onto my Flickr site.

Cheers
Deb
