... are wondering where I am up to with BLAIR'S BLOCKS ... lol x well, most of the blocks came in August and became the front of the quilt x Then the ones that landed in September were Incorporated into the back... they are layered up and waiting in the WINTER/RETIREMENT quilting pile xx
THEN a couple more blocks flew in at the end of September ... what to do with them? WELL I have been toying with a few ideas .. and the last couple of days I have been making blocks and THEN making them into a top ...
I now have to go through the stash and find something for the back xx .. Will of-course up-date as this happens x These blocks have taken on a life of their own xx He-He xx
Last night was quilt group in Sandbach ... it was Christmas decoration ideas time x The first was a bird .. got the pattern just need some time to make it x AND a folded fabric decoration ...
I chose to make this one last night ... hard to get a good picture xx..
mmm think I will find time to make a couple more xx
I have this old fav magazine to read ..
and this NEW first issue one ...
...they are immediately in my good books by giving away a free gift xx..
will let you know what I think xx
Keep smiling
Diane xx

Your quilt top is wonderful - I love it! The pine cone ornament is very clever - might have to see if the pattern is on Pinterest!
I love the pine cone! How much fabric does it require?
You are getting so much mileage out of these beautiful blocks. Cute bauble too.
