baby quilt

I used what I learnt from the Quilt-in-a-day programme in the making of the baby quilt. Some things worked....others need a bit more practice. Isn't it always the way?!!

I really enjoyed making it...so much that I may buy the panel again and make another one, there are always baby quilts being requested.

You may notice a new button/badge (whatever you call them!!) on the side bar....I have been finding blogs again! This time I found a Block-Of-The-Month...OK it started in September, so, I am a bit behind...to put it mildly! However the blocks are only 8", I made the first one last night (September).....

and I am thinking about block 2 (October), will keep you posted as to the progress.

Keep smiling

Hi, love the quilt made from a panel: easy and quick + big effect!
What's the story of the snowy signposts (your background): they're Dutch and so am I.

That is one cute Teddy Bear quilt. Love the zig zag quilting... I'm going to have to try that it's really effective.
Good luck with your BOM! If you find a way of keeping up with it let me know.... I'm sinking fast with (all of) mine!
Hugs
