GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR......

...Yesterday when I got up we had Bank-Holiday-Weather...(RAIN for Non Brits!)..

THE ENEMY were out in force..

this is Josh's sunflower tub..

THIS is James's!!!!...

I AM OUT FOR REVENGE...( sshhh!I have planted more seeds in his pot!)

From there I started to make Evelyn's Stash Hive #3 block... I should have known!! First I made this one...

It came out BIG... while I was cutting it square ...I was distracted, looking out of the window ,abducted by aliens? WHO KNOWS? I cut it wrong and the block is lob-sided!!

So I made this one..

It came out SMALL!

SO I made this one..

AT LAST! I know I don't have to tell you what an idiot I am at times.... must just want to share (He-He) BUT....AHH! Feel better already xx

SHE IS GETTING THEM ALL!!!

Back to the quilting of the owl quilt... by hand .... I KNOW what I am doing there!

 keep smiling

Diane xx

(ps the slugs better keep thier nashers off my RED background!!)

Oh my goodness, haven't we all done things like that! I've trained my blackbirds to get stuck into the slugs and snails. Hate them with a vengeance but still can't bring myself to kill them. I think the BH weather may well enable them to find the hostas!!

B* snails. They have just eaten the tops off my pea seedlings so I sympathise. No point even chucking them over they wall as apparently they have homing instincts:-)

Luckily we are too dry here to get snails. I don't think I would want to be locked in combat with them. lol.

Kick those villians to the curb and I hope that you've learned your lesson to always pay attention when cutting. LOL
