I have been working on the owl top...
I managed to rush out (well...walk quickly) between the showers , and get the picture.
Tomorrow I will be adding a border xx AND maybe I will look at the New-York-Beauty ... esp as the next one is out tomorrow xx

Sounds like you had a wonderful day. I can't remember the last time someone cooked for me. I think I need to call that son of mine and invite myself to dinner!
Can't have too many owls (says the owl collector with hundreds all over the house)and if you can get someone else to do the cooking... go for it! My husband loves to cook but for every hour he spends in the kitchen, it is going to take me two or three to clean up!
Aren't you lucky, having Sunday dinner cooked for you. I'm still waiting for the day that one of our children invite us over, but not holding my breath. lol.

Your owl blocks are fantastic! It looks very fiddly to do. I love the way the triangles point to the owls.
