THERE HAVE BEEN 2 PARTS...

.....to my day.

The first part consisted of me driving to work... searching for a parking place... sitting through a VERY boring mandatory update session.. then driving home. THAT is 4 hours of my life I wont get back!!

BUT...

The second part consisted of feet up, cups of tea... some of this..

and more of that..

Hope you get to do some of what you want to do today xx

Keep smiling

Diane xx

The second part of your day sounds like a lot more fun!

Do I see some hand quilting - or perhaps a little embroidery to brighten the block? Well done!

Oh, those ins-service training days can be a killer can't they? I look forward to seeing the finished article, the embroidered flowers will certainly add to it, whatever it is.

I'm glad I can use the travel time in other ways.(Even my meeting time too). That way I spent all my day doing what I want.

Your embroidery is lovely. I see you have other flowers to do. I never learned this craft. It's going to be really pretty! So happy you enjoyed the better half of your day. I'm so glad to be done with that.

I like to think of those kinds of days as "balanced." Your embroidery is very sweet!
