...on my nights off is not my idea of fun!! However there are so many mandatory sessions that have to be "endured" !! Today it was medicines management..... 3 .. yes three ..hours of theory followed by a 15 min test... WITH MATHS!! Thank goodness it is done ... and over xx
Before I went the Post man brought me this...
....there may just be a few projects to keep me occupied xx
Last but by no means least I began to plan what I am going to do with the fabrics from my friend Mary (who I give a lift to quilt group in Congleton) ...
You will have to wait a while to see what I do with the blocks... but you have had a taster xx
Keep smiling
Diane xx

I guess if the meeting ends in a test ... maths, no less, one would not be able to take along needle work. NOT my kind of meeting for sure!
The mag on handbags looks interesting - especially as I have been practising them this last few weeks - only using one pattern so far - will try and buy it myself.
(I taught statistics at uni and maths still scares the hell out of me!)
The book looks like it has some great projects in it. I love maths as I also taught it - but not keen on looking after people!
I'm so glad I retired and I'm done with all those tests. My CPR will expire and I will not renew it. I'm enjoying being retired too much! I sure like those blue and white blocks. Really pretty!
